Enovis is seeking a Sr. Director of IT Infrastructure Engineering in Lewisville, TX to lead an global team responsible for data center operations, networking, and end-user computing within a hybrid environment.

The role sets the strategic direction for architecture, standards, and procedures, aligning IT with business goals and compliance requirements. Strong cloud, networking, and governance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of technical management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT/IS.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure in regulated industries.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, NIST.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IT infrastructure is designed and implemented to standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2 Type II, and NIST compliance.
• Define a 3-5 year infrastructure roadmap.
• Lead annual infrastructure budget planning.
• Drive ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and capacity management.
• Develop architecture library for servers, storage, networking, and databases.
• Lead a global team and report to CIO.
