- Provide enterprise technical leadership for Drug Substance systems and Single-Use systems.
- Lead ETA organization development and network coordination.
- Shape project strategy and engineering engagement for future investments.
- Coach reports and build high-performing technical teams.
- Represent Amgen with external firms and regulatory bodies.
