Job summary

Strive Solutions is seeking an Associate Director IT — Global Data Analytics, Innovation & Digital Experimentation to lead and shape the data strategy across clinical, commercial, and operational domains. You will own experimentation roadmaps, partner with leaders, and drive end-to-end delivery of analytics initiatives while ensuring governance and compliance.

You will manage a technical team and translate complex business and clinical needs into scalable data solutions, balancing innovation

Qualifications

Strong background in data analytics, AI/ML, and data engineering.
Experience with data platform governance, data quality management, and compliance requirements.
Proven leadership skills for technical teams and cross-functional partnerships.
Ability to translate business and clinical needs into actionable data solutions.

Responsibilities

Own the data experimentation roadmap and drive digital experimentation initiatives.
Partner with business and clinical leaders to identify and prioritize high-value use cases.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of data/analytics projects, from ideation through implementation.
Manage and develop a technical team.
Provide governance for data platforms and ensure data quality and reliability.
Champion innovation while maintaining security, privacy, and regulatory compliance in a patient-focused environment.
