Job summary
Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Research - Infusion Therapies & Technologies to drive the scientific agenda and evidence-generation programs across pharmaceuticals, nutrition therapies, infusion systems and related technologies.
In partnership with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations, you will translate unmet clinical needs into rigorous study designs, oversee protocols and analyses, and lead cross-functional teams to advance patient care and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Advanced scientific or clinical degree required.
- 10+ years in clinical research or related field.
- Experience leading studies and evidence-generation programs.
- Experience in regulated healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute clinical research strategies with Medical Affairs.
- Design evidence-generation programs addressing unmet clinical, scientific, healthcare system, and customer needs.
- Lead scientific oversight for protocols, statistical plans, and study reports.
- Oversee Clinical Operations team and study delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, HEOR, Commercial, and Quality.
