Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct cross-functional teams on program planning and execution across disease areas.
• Provide operational input at CST level during protocol design and program-level development documents.
• Develop and maintain Clinical Operations Project Schedule with key trial milestones.
• Oversee enrollment planning, site feasibility, and patient engagement strategies with KOLs and patient groups.
• Plan resources, staffing, and manage Trial Managers across programs.
• Ensure risk management, quality, and consistency across the portfolio; escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with CQRM/CQOM/CST to review metrics, plans, and quality risk controls.
• Support inspection readiness and CAPA/SQI management in collaboration with Clinical Quality Operations.
