Position: Senior Director Global Campaigns & Growth Marketing at iManage

You will be a dynamic, focused, and collaborative leader playing a pivotal role in driving iManage’s growth and market presence. You will lead a talented global team of marketers with responsibility for our Global Brand, Events, Field & Partner Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Demand, ABM, and Paid Acquisition motions. With experience in creating and driving predictable pipeline in a B2B SaaS environment, you will work cross-functionally with stakeholders from marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Partners.

This leadership position requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strategic mindset, extensive experience in global campaign management, and a proven track record of delivering impactful revenue-generating initiatives for new and existing customers. You will set growth strategies, define campaign tactics, and oversee execution for global campaigns, demand generation, and customer expansion to sustain growth.

You will be detail-oriented, driven to meet and exceed targets. As a team player, you will foster talent and promote learning within your team. This role reports directly to the EVP Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Campaign Leadership: Align and lead Brand, Field, and Demand to create multi-channel global campaigns that generate pipeline and improve audience engagement.
  2. Campaign Execution: Lead the launch and management of campaigns, ensuring metrics for brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline are achieved.
  3. Regional and Partner Strategies: Collaborate with regional sales leadership and partners to localize campaigns, drive revenue, retention, and partner engagement.
  4. Demand Generation: Develop global multi-channel demand strategies, optimize paid channels, and explore new avenues. Build outbound marketing and ABM frameworks aligned with sales goals.
  5. Brand Development: Create strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement, ensuring campaigns impact pipeline growth.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing operations, product marketing, and content teams to align strategies and priorities.
  7. Budget and KPI Management: Manage budgets, set and track KPIs, and report progress to leadership.
  8. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with sales, marketing, product, partners, and customer success teams to develop aligned go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in senior marketing leadership with proven results in revenue growth.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and fostering innovation.
  • Successful track record in global campaign management across digital, events, and ABM.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, paid channels, and testing new strategies.
  • Data-driven with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to executive leadership.
  • Experience partnering with sales on strategy and lead conversion.
