Senior Director, Franchise Leadership - Consolidated

The Sr. Director of Franchise Leadership is accountable for the ongoing partnership with Coca-Cola Consolidated to drive all aspects of the Coca-Cola business. Key deliverables include agreement to and execution of detailed channel/territory plans as well as capability plans to enhance IC performance and Excellence.

Location: This role is remote; candidates should be located in Charlotte, NC, or other regions covered by Coca-Cola Consolidated.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Relationship & Contractual Management: Develop annual plans with Bottler agreements on Price-Package-Trade decisions for IC channels, support Alternate Route to Market processes, secure agreement on Customer Trade Marketing, and maintain business continuity.
  • Business Planning: Complete Market/Bottler assessments for IC channels, develop annual commercial and tactical plans with Bottler for growth in Small Retail and HORECA channels, and secure commitments for resources to ensure Execution Excellence.
  • Business Stewardship: Manage bottler P&L to meet objectives, monitor performance metrics such as Revenue, Gross Profit, and Market Share, and adjust plans as needed with feedback to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • 5–10 years of Coca-Cola System or direct bottler experience.
  • Understanding of franchise relations within Coca-Cola North America.
  • Cross-functional knowledge (customer, commercial, supply chain, sales, etc.).
  • Knowledge of bottler operations and full value chain management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in franchise leadership with an independent bottler.
  • Deep understanding of system and bottler economics, including P&L management.

Travel: 0–25%.

Pay Range: $169,000 - $196,000. Benefits and full compensation details provided upon offer.

Incentive: 30% annual incentive reference value, performance-based.
