The Senior Director will lead foundation operations, planned giving strategy, and governance, partnering with donors, professionals, and leadership to advance impact and fiduciary stewardship.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in planned giving, endowments, or philanthropic financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead Foundation operations across donor-advised funds, endowments, and legacy gifts.
• Oversee gift agreement processes from drafting to CRM documentation.
• Drive and operationalize strategy to grow planned giving and endowment commitments.
• Lead Board/governance functions and manage related communications.
• Oversee grantmaking and stewardship across all funds and GPS advisory work.
• Create and lead Professional Advisor Program and engage attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors.
• Collaborate with development, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless execution.
