Job description

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Director for RTL Design highly experienced with leading a group of engineers and hands-on hardware digital design. The ideal Senior Director will be onsite 5 days a week in Saratoga, CA.

Requirements for the Senior Director for RTL Design include:

1. Prior experience leading or building a team of engineers.
2. Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with RTL coding.
3. Hardware digital design background.
4. Deep understanding of Ethernet protocols and networking devices.

Qualifications for the Senior Director for RTL Design include:

1. 15+ years of experience in Hardware digital design.
2. Hands-on high-speed Ethernet experience.
3. Advanced knowledge of Verilog and VHDL.
4. Background in VLAN support.
5. ASIC design flow and physical implementation experience.
6. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
7. Must be able to hold a security clearance.

Compensation for the Senior Director for RTL Design includes:

1. Salary range: $275,000 - $350,000.
