Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Business, Management or Nutrition.
• Experience: Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in the food nutrition services field, supervisory preferred.
• Certification: Arkansas Registered Dietitian or CDM/CFPP; ServSafe Manager.
• Other: Proficient with MS Office, Cerner EMR, GemServ Diet, and budget/contract negotiation; strong customer service.

• Provide leadership, supervision and direction for all Food and Nutrition Services employees.
• Assign, oversee and inspect work quality and activities to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and organizational guidelines.
• Model the organization’s mission, vision, purpose and values in daily work.
