Job summary

BOND is seeking a Senior Director, Flight Operations Technology - Product Management to own the strategy, definition, and hands-on delivery of our flight operations technology platform. You will drive a portfolio of 15+ flight ops systems, translating complex workflows into system requirements, data models, and integrations.

This is a hands-on leadership role blending aviation operations with software, partnering daily with dispatch, crew scheduling, maintenance, pilots, and engineering to build

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or technology leadership in aviation tech.
• Direct experience with private aviation operations (Part 135, fractional ownership, jet cards, or aircraft management).
• Deep domain expertise in flight operations workflows: scheduling, dispatch, crew management, maintenance coordination, flight planning, trip support.
• Proven track record leading SaaS platform implementations in aviation environments from requirements through go-live and optimization.
• Strong technical acumen: define integration architectures, APIs, and data models; collaborate with engineering teams.
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management; able to translate between technical teams, operators, and executives.
• Hands-on, fast-paced, builder mindset; not a delegator role.

Responsibilities

• Own the Flight Operations Platform implementation and roadmap.
• Author PRDs covering scheduling, dispatch, crew management, and billing integration.
• Configure Portside Horizon modules; define rules, automations, and reporting templates.
• Lead vendor management and sprint reviews; manage scope and escalations.
• Design and execute UAT and training for dispatch, crew scheduling, and ops teams.
• Define integration requirements with NetSuite, Salesforce, Databricks, and internal apps.
