Job summary

Wilks Brothers, LLC is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting to oversee the organization’s consolidated financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP.

The role reports to the VP of Accounting and Finance and partners with Accounting, Tax and operations to ensure accurate financial information across multiple entities. Responsibilities include leading monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation, preparing executive reporting packages, and supporting external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years in progressive accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with consolidated financial statements for multi-entity structures.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidation accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly/quarterly/annual consolidated financial statements for holding company and subsidiaries.
• Coordinate reporting timelines and executive-level packages.
• Ensure consistency of financial information across entities.
• Support audits, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
