A Fortune 500 organization is seeking a Senior Director of Finance Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives across finance systems. The role involves executing the finance transformation roadmap, leading ERP and EPM implementations, and establishing governance frameworks to ensure system performance. Candidates should have over 15 years of finance leadership experience, strong executive communication skills, and a background in complex, global environments. This position offers a hybrid work model with significant leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with significant ownership of finance systems and transformation initiatives.
• Deep experience leading large-scale ERP and EPM implementations in complex, global environments.
• Strong background supporting manufacturing, operations, and supply chain-driven businesses.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise finance transformation roadmap across ERP, EPM/PPM.
• Lead system implementations and enhancements to support global close and reporting.
• Define and maintain finance data governance, including master data definitions and controls.
