Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking a VP or SVP-level Business Affairs professional with deep entertainment industry experience to lead the negotiation, drafting, and management of development, licensing, and production agreements for original content.

You will partner with Creative, Production, Finance, Marketing, Communications, and Legal teams, oversee above‑the‑line deals, and provide strategic business and legal guidance across the content lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and J.D. from ABA‑accredited law school.
• 8+ years of entertainment deal‑making experience at a streaming platform, network, studio, production company, or entertainment law firm.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑starter with exceptional attention to detail and strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Job description

We are seeking a VP or SVP-level Business Affairs professional with deep entertainment industry experience, ideally from a streaming platform, studio, network, production company, or entertainment law firm. In this role, you will lead the negotiation, drafting, and management of development, licensing, and production agreements for original series, while partnering closely with Creative, Production, Finance, Marketing, Communications, and Legal teams. You will also oversee key above-the-line deal negotiations and provide strategic business and legal guidance throughout the content lifecycle.

Pay Rate

• $170-177 on W2 (NO C2C)
