Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of Field Value Evidence & Outcomes Research to lead strategies demonstrating the real‑world value of biopharma products in psychiatry and neurology. You will drive stakeholder engagement, cultivate payers, and leverage real‑world data for evidence plans.

You will collaborate with Clinical, Commercial, Market Access and Medical Affairs to address access needs, support site readiness, and present scientific and economic data at conferences.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health or life sciences with PhD/MD/PharmD preferred.
• 7–10+ years in applied health economics or field roles, psychiatry or neuroscience.
• Expertise in health care systems, market access, and real‑world evidence generation.
• Strong analytical, scientific communication and independent working skills.

Role: Senior Director of Field Value Evidence & Outcomes Research

leading the development and execution of strategies to demonstrate and communicate the real-world value of biopharma products targeting psychiatric and neurological disorders.

• develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans, cultivate relationships with payers, opinion leaders, and health systems
• contribute to evidence generation plans by leveraging real-world data
• collaborate with Clinical, Commercial, Market Access, and Medical Affairs teams to address product access and demand
• support site readiness and healthcare economic data collection
• deliver scientific and economic presentations at conferences.

• advanced degree (MS, MPH, MD, PhD, PharmD)
• 7-10+ years in applied health economics, field-facing roles, preferably in psychiatry or neuroscience
• expertise in health care systems, market access, and real-world evidence generation, including US datasets and observational study design
• strong analytical, scientific communication, and independent working skills.

High-Value: focus on psychiatric and neurological therapeutics, real-world evidence, health economics, market access, remote work with 50-70% travel, industry experience in product launch preferred.
