Job summary

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) at Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC leads reimbursement and access initiatives for the company’s products, acting as the local expert for payer coverage and market access. You will partner with Field Sales, Market Access, and other teams to translate policy into practical payer strategies for commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid designs.

You will analyze access issues, educate HCP offices and field teams, and support specialty pharmacy

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience.
• 2+ years in pharmacy, specialty pharmaceutical sales, reimbursement/access, or patient support services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues.
• Provide education to HCP offices on access/reimbursement.
• Educate field teams on access/reimbursement upon direction.
• Support Specialty Pharmacy issues for payer products.
• Explain coverage under Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and other teams.
