Job summary

CAM Property Services provides commercial and multifamily property services across Southern and Central California. The Director of Commercial Services will oversee multi-site field operations, driving service quality and profitability.

This senior, hands-on role requires strong P&L ownership, labor-management expertise, and proficiency in routing, scheduling, and workforce utilization to improve productivity and financial performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Experience in a labor-intensive, multi-site service business.
• Proven P&L and job-costing responsibility.
• Knowledge of labor management and California wage-and-hour practices.
• Experience with routing, scheduling, and workforce utilization.
• Track record of improving operational performance and profitability.
