The Senior Director of Facilities & Engineering is a key member of the Facilities, Engineering and Maintenance Services Corporate team. This leader will be responsible for supporting on-site facilities operations for two Orange County portfolios (OC3 and OC4), ensuring properties are maintained according to Irvine Company standards, and driving innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and trend analysis.
Base Pay Range: $167,900.00 - $229,000.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
