Job summary

ATCC is looking for a Senior Director, Facilities, Engineering & EHS to provide strategic leadership in managing facilities and ensuring environmental health and safety compliance. This role demands extensive experience in facilities management within life sciences, overseeing a multidisciplinary team and ensuring operational resilience for ATCC's infrastructure and projects.

With oversight of a new biologics manufacturing facility and strategic expansion, this role plays a critical part in our mission to support scientific research.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in management, including 4+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience in life sciences or biopharma facilities.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NIH, and CDC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EHS programs for compliance and safety.
• Ensure optimal performance of facilities and infrastructure.
