Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Director of External Manufacturing Regulatory Compliance Oversight to lead enterprise-wide compliance and risk management across the IMRC network. You will partner with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Product Development to ensure inspection readiness, supplier oversight, and governance across a global manufacturing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years GMP/industry experience in pharma/biotech or related fields.
• Proven leadership in global compliance or oversight programs with external manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature the External Manufacturing compliance oversight strategy.
• Define risk-based principles for independent compliance oversight of contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Maintain enterprise visibility of significant compliance risks and remediation themes.
• Provide independent compliance perspective on partnerships, tech transfers, and network changes.
• Lead an effective, globally distributed team with succession planning.
