Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to design and drive enterprise executive development for the organization’s top leadership, aligning with business strategy and culture.

You will partner with the CHRO, HRLT, and Talent COE to build a multi-year roadmap, governance, and measurement—delivering board-ready talent programs for VP level and above, while coaching senior leaders and ensuring data-driven results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR or related field strongly preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of progressive experience in executive development, talent management, succession planning, leadership assessment, coaching strategy, and/or organizational development.
  • Experience designing and delivering enterprise programs for senior leaders (VP/GM and above) with governance and measurement.
  • Proven ability to coach senior leaders and facilitate high-impact learning experiences.
  • Strong executive presence and consulting skillset.
  • Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and facilitate sensitive talent discussions with discretion.
  • Deep knowledge of executive assessment and coaching practices, including vendor selection/management and QA.

Job description

  • Accountable for designing and leading the enterprise executive development strategy for the organization’s top leadership.
