Responsibilities

• Lead evidence generation strategy by identifying priorities and integrating plans across product lifecycle.
• Guide cross-functional evidence teams by aligning stakeholders and communicating risks and trade-offs.
• Oversee scientific delivery from concept through execution and interpretation.
• Inform investment decisions with budget oversight and priority setting.
• Partner across functions to support registration, launch, differentiation, access and value.
• Represent evidence generation in governance forums with strategic recommendations.
• Build organizational capability by coaching colleagues and serving as evidence contacts.
