Job summary

Booking Holdings is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Treasury and Platforms to drive long-term strategy across Treasury, Source-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, and related platforms. You will lead senior managers across global teams in the US, the Netherlands, India, and other locations, translating strategy into actionable portfolio decisions and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in treasury systems or enterprise platforms.
• Strong Treasury and Procurement business acumen.
• Experience leading cross-brand transformation programs.
• Experience with treasury platforms such as FIS Quantum or similar.
• Experience with procurement and CLM platforms such as Ivalua, Conga, Catylex, or Legal Tracker.
• Experience supporting global treasury centralization or operating model redesign.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate updates.
• Matrixed international leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the 24–48 month enterprise strategy and operating model for the Treasury and Enterprise Platforms.
• Lead portfolios including roadmap, architecture, implementation, stabilisation, governance and delivery.
• Define decision rights for portfolio prioritisation and investments across brands.
• Establish executive-ready governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms.
• Own performance of external partners and platform vendors for cost/value and quality.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Procurement, Legal Operations, Finance, Technology teams.
• Ensure scalable, compliant platform outcomes with cross-brand alignment.
