Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director, Project Management for Enterprise Supplier Management to lead the PMO and shape governance, methodologies, and tools for the supply chain and procurement organization across a multi-year transformation.

You will oversee a team of approximately 10–20 associates, own executive communications and roadmaps, and partner with technology and product teams to deliver initiatives on time and within budget while advancing risk management and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• 9+ years of project, program, or process management experience.
• 5+ years of People Management experience.
• 3+ years of Financial Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish PMO structure and governance aligned with enterprise standards.
• Define multi-year objectives and roadmaps for ESM programs.
• Lead a team of 10–20 associates to deliver complex projects.
• Provide executive-level communications, roadmaps, and reporting.
• Drive workflow design and continuous process improvement.
