Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT, incl. 8+ years leading enterprise infra at scale.
• Proven ability to define multi-year tech strategies and roadmaps.
• Deep expertise in enterprise networking, identity, endpoints, and on-premises platforms.
• Strong financial leadership with budget ownership and vendor governance.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and translate complexity into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year enterprise infrastructure strategy aligned with growth, R&D, manufacturing, cybersecurity, AI, and business priorities.
• Serve as the senior infrastructure advisor to the CIO and CISO and to the executive leadership.
• Own operating performance across infrastructure and service delivery including availability, MTTR, and lifecycle health.
• Modernize networking, identity, endpoints, collaboration, and on‑premises infrastructure with minimal disruption.
• Partner with InfoSec to embed zero-trust, identity, endpoint, vulnerability, and DR requirements into strategy.
• Lead incidents, resilience improvements, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness.
• Govern architecture, service management, change, incidents, capacity, risk, and cross-functional decision-making.
