Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field; 7+ years of leadership experience in data/AI programs.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise data and AI initiatives across large organizations.
• Experience with governance, security, and regulatory compliance for data/AI.
• Strong collaboration with executives, operations, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the enterprise AI roadmap and data strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and operate data platforms and AI solutions.
• Oversee governance policies for data and AI, including model validation and bias monitoring.
• Implement AI-driven analytics and automation to improve operations and decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align data initiatives with business needs.
• Define KPIs to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
