El Camino Health in Mountain View, CA seeks a Director of Compliance to lead the enterprise-wide program spanning hospital, medical network, and affiliated entities. You will shape strategy, policies, and the annual work plan, and advise senior leadership on risk and regulatory changes.

The role oversees daily operations of the compliance program, manages investigations, training, audits, and external reviews, and partners across functions to improve risk management and contract oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, Business, or related field; JD preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' healthcare compliance experience across multi-entity systems.
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC/CHPC) or obtained within 24 months.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the strategic direction of the enterprise-wide compliance program across hospital, medical network, and affiliates.
• Oversee daily operations of the program, including hotline, case intake, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Monitor and interpret HIPAA, Stark Law, False Claims Act, CMS rules, and accreditation standards; implement corrective actions.
• Design, deliver, and continuously improve compliance education for physicians, leaders, and staff.
• Provide regulatory oversight and contract guidance with payers, vendors, and business partners.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and risk assessments for leadership and the Board; integrate risk data into ERM.
