10+ years of progressive technology leadership in enterprise architecture.
Experience developing enterprise-wide technology strategies, architectures, standards, and governance models.
Experience leading modernization initiatives involving cloud, data platforms, AI capabilities, and platform engineering.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve Norfolk Southern's enterprise architecture strategy and target-state architectures.
Lead architecture governance forums and technology decision processes.
Drive modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, application modernization, and platform engineering.
Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure roadmaps are integrated, scalable, and aligned with enterprise goals.
Translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders and build business cases for investments.
