Job summary

LaSalle Medical Associates IPA is seeking a Sr. Director of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of all EDI systems, data workflows, and trading partner relationships.

You will design and govern enterprise-wide EDI infrastructure, ensure data integrity, and advance digital interoperability across systems, vendors, and business functions in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in EDI, with 5+ in leadership.
• Experience with X12, HIPAA transactions, data mapping, and secure file transmission.
• Healthcare or payer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor enterprise EDI teams, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
• Oversee trading partner relationships, governance, and issue resolution.
