Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ECE and NYS Teacher Certification (Birth – 2nd grade) required.
• Three to five years of experience as a teacher and/or early childhood administrator/supervisor.
• Must be energetic, able to stay calm in high-stress environments, and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee classroom staffing, paperwork, and curriculum to ensure coverage and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee implementation of high-quality programming with evidence-based curricula and child outcomes; plan lessons, observations, portfolios, conferences.
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to teaching staff on lesson plans and social-emotional supports.
