Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Investment to drive end-to-end intake, prioritization, and portfolio governance across the Digital Technology portfolio. You will align strategy with funding, translating priorities into a unified roadmap with clear value delivery.

The role partners with Product, Technology, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure initiatives are defined, funded and tracked for business impact and consumer value.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience across product strategy, portfolio management, digital strategy, and related disciplines.
• Experience managing complex portfolios of digital or technology investments.
• Strong understanding of modern digital product management and end-to-end lifecycles.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities to evaluate business cases and value.

Mansioni

• Own and continuously improve the Digital Technology intake and prioritization process.
• Define evaluation criteria balancing strategic alignment, value, financial impact and risk.
• Shape investment proposals with cross-functional leaders and confirm initiatives are defined before prioritization.
• Lead the Digital Prioritization and Investment Committee and present to senior leadership.
• Provide transparent views of portfolio investment, funding, and value realization.
• Maintain the integrated Digital Technology Portfolio view and roadmap.
• Produce concise executive portfolio reports on health, risks, and value delivered.
• Lead annual prioritization cycles and scenario planning while balancing funding.
