AdventHealth in Zephyrhills, FL seeks an experienced Imaging Department leader to oversee daily operations, budgets, and staffing while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with physicians, HR, and a Radiation Safety Committee, directing quality initiatives and patient experience projects to support the hospital's mission.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership and 7+ years in Radiology/Health Care Administration, with RT(R) or RDMS or ARMRIT or RDCS

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Radiology or Health Care Administration required.
• 7+ years of experience in Radiology, Health Care Administration or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governing bodies' standards.
• Interact with physicians, staff and healthcare professionals to facilitate operations.
• Evaluate staff performance and morale; provide counseling.
• Manage daily operations of Imaging department and oversee budgets.
• Coordinate with HR for hiring, terminations and postings.
• Collaborate with Radiation Safety Committee on radiation safety needs.
• Participate in Patient Experience and Performance Improvement projects.
• Maintain policies and procedures for all modalities of Diagnostic Services.
• Reconcile patient accounts and report metrics quarterly.
• Direct marketing activities for Medical Imaging services with Director and Marketing.
