  • Lead cloud financial management (FinOps): cost transparency, forecasting, optimization.
  • Implement structured change management and improve release reliability through automation.
  • Coordinate cross-team release planning and execution.

Job Summary

Trimont is seeking a Senior DevOps Manager to lead the evolution of our DevOps and cloud engineering capabilities. This role will be instrumental in building and scaling a high-performing team while maturing existing DevOps practices that support delivery in a rapidly expanding financial services environment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with leadership experience, bringing a disciplined approach to automation, cost management, and change governance. You will partner closely with technology engineering and business stakeholders, as well as external vendors, to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient platforms.

  • Strong hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure

  • Proficient with GitHub, Jira, and modern DevOps toolsets
  • Demonstrated ability to scale teams and processes in dynamic environments
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, including vendor oversight
