Job summary

Kymera Therapeutics seeks a physician-scientist to lead clinical development for dermatologic degrader programs. You will integrate translational and biomarker data into strategy, design and oversee Phase I–III trials, and interact with regulatory authorities to drive submissions.

This role requires strong leadership, collaboration across functions, and a passion for first-in-class therapies within a fast-paced, science-driven environment.

Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD with substantial clinical development experience in dermatologic indications.
• 4+ years in clinical drug development, with 2+ years on dermatologic endpoints.
• Experience interacting with global regulatory agencies (FDA, EMA) for submissions.
• Proven track record in designing and executing phase I–III trials and regulatory interactions.
• Strong translational science, biomarkers, and mechanistic drug development knowledge.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple programs in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical lead for one or more studies within the dermatology program.
• Integrate translational and biomarker data into clinical strategy to refine patient selection and endpoints.
• Lead design and implementation of clinical studies with scientific rigor and patient safety.
• Collaborate with external partners, academia, and consortia to advance development strategy.
• Provide medical leadership to cross-functional teams and clinical study teams.
• Provide medical oversight during conduct, safety monitoring, data review, and protocol amendments.
