Kymera Therapeutics seeks a Clinical Scientist focused on immunology with dermatologic indications. You will design and support clinical trial protocols, ensure scientific and regulatory compliance, and prepare critical documentation.

Role: Serve as a Clinical Scientist focused on immunology, particularly dermatologic indications, within Kymera's clinical development team. Responsibilities include designing and supporting clinical trial protocols, ensuring scientific and regulatory compliance, preparing key documentation, and contributing to trial execution and safety monitoring. Engage in data reviews, trend analysis, and risk mitigation, while supporting regulatory submissions and interactions with external investigators and internal stakeholders. Work collaboratively across functions such as Translational Medicine, Clinical Pharmacology, Medical, Regulatory, Data Management, and Biostatistics.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or higher degree (MSc, PharmD, PhD) in Life Sciences or related field, with 8+ years of experience in global pharmaceutical clinical trials and program management. Experience in immunology, with a focus on dermatologic diseases, and familiarity with clinical endpoints and disease biology is preferred. Deep understanding of clinical development processes, regulatory standards (FDA, EMEA, ICH, GCP), and patient-centric approaches are required.
