An established industry player is seeking a Senior Director of Demand Generation & Growth Marketing to spearhead ambitious growth initiatives. The Senior Director of Demand Generation & Growth Marketing will play a critical role in advancing Skai’s ambitious growth objectives by building a high-performing demand generation engine. Reporting to the EVP of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, data-driven demand generation strategy that delivers measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
This role requires an experienced leader with deep expertise in ABM strategies and 6Sense. You will elevate Skai’s ABM capabilities, targeting key segments with precision, and aligning closely with marketing, product marketing, sales, SDRs, and RevOps to create a seamless go-to-market engine. Balancing operational execution with strategic foresight will be essential to laying the foundation for scalable, predictable, and impactful growth.

The annual salary range for this position is 130,000-150,000 plus bonus. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicant's experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is eligible for additional compensation through one of Skai’s highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
