Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group is seeking a Senior Director of Data Management in Dallas, TX to lead enterprise data governance, master data management and data architecture initiatives. You will drive strategy, standards and cross-functional alignment across IT and business units.

The role requires a strong track record in data management leadership, hands-on MDM experience and collaboration with ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Management, Governance or Architecture
• Leadership in a centralized analytics function
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Informatica, Oracle, Semarchy, Reltio, Profisee)
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and data integration across cloud and on-prem environments
• Strong governance, data modeling and metadata management knowledge
• Proven ability to lead through influence across diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Define and implement an enterprise-wide data management strategy aligned to business goals
• Architect and build a data management function from the ground up with a clear operating model
• Establish data governance, quality and master data management foundations
• Drive adoption of data standards, rules and taxonomies for data accuracy and timeliness
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve data quality, accessibility and usability
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to align data initiatives with strategy
• Build and mentor a high-performing data management team
• Translate data initiatives into actionable roadmaps with milestones and KPIs
• Monitor performance and ensure SLA adherence
• Provide training on enterprise data and tools to promote data literacy
• Engage stakeholders and communicate data strategy to executives
