Farm Credit Bank of Texas is seeking a Senior Director of Data Architecture & AI Toolkit to define and drive the bank's data strategy across analytics, AI, and governance. The role partners with executives to align data platforms with business goals and regulatory requirements.

The position leads a team of data professionals, shapes the enterprise roadmap, and advances AI-enabled solutions to improve decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) or more years of experience designing, implementing, and leading enterprise data and analytics solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale data platform, analytics, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders to align technology investments with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise data, analytics, and AI architecture vision, standards, and long-term technology roadmap.
• Govern architectural standards and reference architectures across data engineering and AI platforms.
• Lead cloud data platform decisions including data warehouses, lakehouses, and analytics environments.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and regulatory compliance across platforms.
• Develop and advance the Bank's AI Toolkit strategy and reusable AI services.
• Mentor and lead data architects, engineers, and AI-focused professionals.
