The role demands deep expertise in data, analytics, and AI, with a proven track record in selling and delivering advisory services. Base pay range is $187,000–$234,000, with incentive compensation and strong total rewards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting and/or industry experience in Data, Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or related advisory services.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, sell, and deliver Data, Analytics & AI advisory solutions that help clients modernize their data ecosystems and realize measurable business value from AI investments.
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and cross-practice collaboration.
• Lead complex client engagements from strategy through execution, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and scalable data/AI capabilities.
• Lead proposal development, solution design, thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives.
