QTS Data Centers seeks a Senior Director of Data & Analytics Engineering to define and execute the enterprise data strategy, governance, and scalable AI-enabled platforms across the organization.

You will lead architecture, modernization, and data governance to transform data into a strategic asset that accelerates growth and operational excellence, partnering with Product, Technology, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 11+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data platform leadership.
• 5+ years leading managers or senior technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term enterprise vision and strategy for data and analytics engineering.
• Advise executive leadership on data, analytics, AI governance, and technology investments.
• Establish priorities, operating models, and investment strategies for scalability and value delivery.
• Lead engineering managers, architects, and technical leaders to build leadership bench strength.
• Design organizational structure and talent strategy to support rapid growth and emerging tech needs.
• Manage departmental budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic technology investments.
• Drive adoption of data products, governance, AI capabilities, and self-service analytics.
• Establish enterprise standards and governance frameworks for consistency and compliance.
• Represent Data & Analytics in executive forums and enterprise transformation initiatives.
