Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering with 5+ years leading large-scale data platforms.
• Experience leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering practices.
• Snowflake-based data platforms or cloud data ecosystems at enterprise scale.
• Experience in regulated banking or financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute technology strategy for Merchant Services Data and Reporting platforms.
• Lead the engineering and operation of Snowflake-centered data platforms processing 600M transactions per day.
• Set and scale multi-department strategy for enterprise-authorized AI-enabled engineering and SDLC automation.
• Apply deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle toolchain to increase engineering effectiveness.
• Deliver trusted data and reporting solutions for external merchants and internal partners.
• Enable data products, applications, and models for secure consumption by AI agents and analytics use cases.
• Drive disciplined execution with clear priorities, milestones, and risk plans.
• Design architectures and data models to support increasing volumes and expansion into markets outside the United States.
• Establish operational excellence practices including SLOs, observability, and data quality controls.
• Provide leadership across engineering teams with a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
