Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Director Cybersecurity to lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy and governance for a major healthcare organization in the Greater Philadelphia area, with a fully remote work option in the US.

The role oversees AI security, data and application security, and risk management, driving security roadmaps, governance frameworks, and incident response programs. A CISSP is required, with 12+ years of IT/cybersecurity experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, architecture, engineering, and operations.
• Provide oversight across AI Security, Engineering & Operations, Data & Application Security, and Exposure Management & Response.
• Develop security roadmaps, policies, standards, and controls to strengthen enterprise cyber resilience.
• Oversee security assessments, threat modeling, risk management, and architecture across applications, data, cloud, and emerging technologies.
• Advance threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, exposure management, and security automation capabilities.
• Lead AI security and governance initiatives, including secure adoption of Generative AI, ML, LLMs, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with technology, privacy, legal, compliance, and business leaders to enable secure innovation.
• Develop executive reporting and security metrics while building and mentoring high-performing cybersecurity teams.
