Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security, CS, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of IT and cybersecurity experience.
• CISSP certification required.
• Experience leading AI security, data/app security, and exposure management programs.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, application security, and threat detection.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, architecture, engineering, and operations.
• Oversee AI security, engineering & operations, data & application security, and exposure management.
• Develop security roadmaps, policies, standards, and controls.
• Oversee security assessments, threat modeling, risk management across apps, data, cloud.
• Advance threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, security automation.
• Lead AI security and governance for Generative AI, ML, LLMs.
• Partner with privacy, legal, compliance and business leaders to enable secure innovation.
• Develop executive security reporting and metrics; mentor cybersecurity teams.
