Live Nation Entertainment seeks a Senior Director of Cyber Security Operations to lead threat detection and incident response across its global network. You will mentor a dispersed team, develop detection strategies, and drive automation to reduce risk.

The role requires 8+ years in IT with SOC experience, strong incident response background, and hands-on SIEM expertise. Domestic travel and on-call rotations are expected in this leadership position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• Member of a Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Security Incident Response Analyst or related role (2+ years).
• eDiscovery or forensic functions experience.
• 6+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years Linux/Unix, Mac and Windows system analysis.
• Security certifications (GCED/GCDA/GDAT or equivalent).
• BA/BS in CS or InfoSecurity or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead threat detection and incident response for Live Nation's 24x7 global network.
• Develop and drive detection methodologies and automation initiatives.
• Mentor and manage a dispersed team of analysts.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to reduce security risk.
• Contribute to playbooks, incident timelines, and metrics for leadership.
