Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead analytics for Merchandising Category Analytics. You will guide a team of data scientists, analysts, and ML engineers, translating business priorities into scalable, data-driven solutions that drive decisions and performance.

The role requires deep technical expertise, commercial acumen, and strong people leadership to deploy solutions from discovery through adoption and measurable value realization.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• At least eight years of experience in Data Science, ML, or Advanced Analytics, including 3+ years in leadership delivering large-scale initiatives.

Mansioni

• Shape the Data Science and AI portfolio within Merchandising Category Analytics.
• Partner with Merchandising, CIE, and Technology leaders to identify opportunities and translate needs into analytics solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from data discovery to production deployment and value realization.
