Job Description

At WorkReduce, our mission is to make a difference in our clients’ lives. As Senior Director, CTV Ad Operations, you will own livestreaming and streaming/CTV ad operations. This means trafficking, flighting, targeting, and monitoring ads in Google Ad Manager and Spring Serve.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations processes and workflow, with the goal of seamlessly onboarding new clients and executing advertising revenue across various platforms (Web/Broadcast/OTT).
  • Ad Tag Generation/QA.
  • Manage advertising/ad server integration and testing with the development team on new product/app launches.
  • Work closely with the Director of DFN Operations on all aspects of the launch and delivery of all media.
  • Implement effective and efficient processes and technical solutions to manage and monitor the measurement.
  • Day-to-day escalation contact for PubOps and AdOps on all technical issues.
  • Provide day-to-day backup support to the Ad Ops team, as well as stand in for team members during times of absence.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors on account management needs.
  • Work with Streaming OTT Platforms on app ad delivery and integrations.
  • Monthly revenue reporting.
What We're Looking For:
  • 8+ years of hands-on working experience in a publisher-side Advertising Operations role.
  • 2 years in a Director-level role.
  • Livestream experience.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge on how to traffic campaigns in systems such as Google Ad Manager and SpringServe.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience, training, and coaching direct reports.
  • Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot VAST, HTML, and Javascript, as well as build and troubleshoot ad tags for all platforms/ad types.
