What the Information Technology Department does at Worldwide

The IT department is made up of seasoned professionals united in one common goal: to keep Worldwide’s technical infrastructure operating at the highest levels for our employees and our customers. We are a global team comprised of numerous professionals including cyber security, artificial intelligence, IT helpdesk, application support, and more.

What you will do
  • Define and deliver strategic roadmaps for NetSuite, Certinia, Workday, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Ensure platforms meet scalability, security, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders across Finance, HR, and Legal.
  • Translate business needs into system capabilities and enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Data teams to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor performance, drive improvements, and resolve issues efficiently.
Your experience
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems leadership, including direct ownership of NetSuite, Certinia, Workday, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Deep understanding of financial, HR, legal, and data governance processes.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Experience in regulated or global environments is a plus.
