Senior Director, Corporate Strategy

Will help shape Westinghouse's portfolio and strategy by advising the Executive Staff and General Managers. You will have the opportunity to define and build the Corporate Strategy team and play a key role in creating shareholder value by addressing strategic questions including:

1. Develop strategies for Business Segments and Units to achieve above-market growth, involving leadership and external environment analysis.
2. Identify new growth platforms and opportunities, assessing market spaces, competitive positioning, and strategic alignment.
3. Ensure strategies are well-defined, actionable, and resource-aware, leading to industry-leading growth and margins.
4. Synthesize industry and competitor trends, supporting strategic planning and organizational capabilities.
5. Lead research on inorganic growth opportunities and drive strategic change programs.
6. Support talent management within the strategy organization.
7. Assist in strategic decision-making to grow and defend the business, challenging and refining 'where to play' and 'how to win' choices.
8. Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving using a hypothesis-driven approach.
9. Collaborate with Finance to understand financial impacts and develop plans to bridge gaps in strategic aspirations.

Who You Are:

1. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2. 10+ years of business experience, including 5+ years in top-tier management consulting and 2+ years in strategy within a Fortune 500, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or utilities. Additional experience in engineering, product management, operations, or commercial roles is a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of strategy formulation and implementation in complex organizations.
4. Understanding of shareholder return drivers and project management skills for large teams and projects.
5. International experience is a plus but not required.

Travel: Willingness to travel 10-20% based on business needs.
