Job summary

Ravinia Festival seeks a strategic leader to head Corporate Relations, responsible for developing and executing a fundraising plan that sustains and expands the festival’s corporate partnerships. The Director will own a high-value portfolio and guide two managers to maximize donor engagement, sponsorships, and multi-year commitments.

Qualifications

8+ years of corporate relations or related fundraising experience.
Experience securing corporate revenue and partnerships.
Experience supervising staff and building teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a comprehensive corporate fundraising strategy with a $3 million annual target.
Personally manage a portfolio of 10+ $100K+ sponsors; oversee 80+ relationships by managers.
Lead proposal development, negotiations, and executive engagements with senior corporate leaders.
Coordinate with Marketing, Events, and Programs to align corporate partnerships with organizational priorities.
Oversee stewardship, hospitality, and sponsor activation efforts to strengthen retention.
