Job summary

The Obama Foundation seeks a Senior Director, Corporate and Foundations Relations to lead a high-impact CFR program, reporting to the Senior VP of Development. You will guide fundraising strategy for nine-figure initiatives, steward major partners, and build a results-driven team, positioned for the Obama Presidential Center opening.

Based in Chicago with a hybrid work arrangement, you will collaborate across departments, deliver personalized prospect plans, and advance philanthropy culture

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in corporate/foundation fundraising leadership.
• Proven record closing $1M+ partnerships with CFR leadership and C-suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build durable, internal/external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead CFR team and strategy for corporate/foundation partnerships.
• Manage portfolio of top $1M+ partners and tailored cultivation plans.
• Collaborate with board members and senior leadership; support engagement and strategy.
